  Popped in today and one of the staff, Shelly, was incredibly helpful!! Gave me testers for make up to take home and try. Lots of info on the organic nature of the products. As a women in her 60's I was made to feel very welcome in a shop that looks targeted at younger people. Well done Shelly. 🙌

  went in today to repurchase my favourite product, must have been a bit of a different batch as the ones on the shelf didn’t smell the same as it usually does. the staff working were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! they went out of their way to help me so i could get my favourite thing! thanks and of course we will be back :)

  We have just had my daughter’s birthday party here and the staff were amazing, the girls loved it and they all felt so involved - and came away with some decent gifts would fully recommend! Xx

  The best lush store I’ve found. I always use this one now as all of the staff are so helpful, know what they are talking about and have good knowledge of the (current, past & upcoming) products
